Attorney graduated from the prestigious Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with more than 30 years of experience in professional practice. He has several specialties from national and foreign universities.

Mr. Román Hernández has been recognized as Professor of the School of Law of Universidad de Guadalajara, where he has given the subjects of General Theory of the State and History of Law.

In the public sector environment, he provided his services for the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation as Auxiliary Clerk of the Minister Enrique Álvarez del Castillo Labastida, and he also provided the same services for him as Governor of the State of Jalisco.

He has been a consultant in the different areas of the Federal, State and Municipal government.

As a consultant and litigating attorney, he has opened a new area of Law, the named Tourist Law, giving his important advice to different organisms such as; Asociación de Hoteles y Moteles de Puerto Vallarta, A.C.; Asociación de Hoteles y Moteles de Bahía de Banderas, A.C.; Asociación de Hoteles y Moteles de Loreto B.C.S., A.C. among others.

He contributed to the creation of several trusts of Tourist Promotion in the Country, which manage the lodging tax and in Mexico he was the creator of Oficina de Visitantes y Convenciones de Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, A.C.; first organism of this type founded in the Country.

He has participated in the creation of Official Mexican Norms (NOM) which have interference with the National Tourist Sector. He constantly attends national and international forums giving his advice and experience for the conformation of new structures in tourist legal matters.

As litigating attorney he has been the attorney of important national and international hotel chains.
